VOCAL SOLOISTS OF WASHINGTON

Vocal Chamber Soloists of Washington is a performing vocal quartet dedicated to celebrating and expanding appreciation for the richness, diversity and joy of song and the poetry on which it is based. It's extensive repertoire includes mainstays in the vocal quartet/ensemble literature such as Brahms' Liebeslieder Waltzes and Schumann's Spanisches Liederspiel, lesser performed works such as Dvorak's Moravian Duets and Shostakovich's From Jewish Folk Poetry, and lighter works such as John Greer's Liebeseid-Lieder and Beethoven's folk song settings for voice and piano trio.
